Multiobjective evolutionary optimization, gene expression data analysis, biological networks, judgment analysis from crowdsourcing.

Consultancy Areas:

Multiobjective optimization, soft and evolutionary computing, biological network analysis, gene expression analysis, crowdsourcing.

Sector Associated With:

Sectors Interested to Offer Service:

Educational / Academic institutions, Industry (Private), Industry (PSUs), R&D Organizations, Government (including funding agencies), Entrepreneurs, Consultancy Firms.

Major Professional Contributions:

Made pioneering contributions in formulating new and improved evolutionary multiobjective clustering and biclustering algorithms.

One of the few researchers to demonstrate for the first time the success of
application of the multiobjective techniques to various real-life problems. This includes remote sensing and medical image classification, identification of co-expressed genes and significant genetic biomarkers, detection of biologically significant protein complexes from protein interaction networks, and prediction of novel host-pathogen protein

Contributed in developing machine learning techniques for judgment analysis based on crowdsourced opinions with new application areas like dependent judgment and constrained judgment analysis.
