Major Professional Contributions:

Prof. KVS Hari has made many significant contributions to signal processing theory and practice covering high resolution spectral estimation, wireless communications, spatial modulation and compressed sensing. He has made fundamental contributions to the performance analysis of Subspace Methods for high resolution parameter estimation such as MUSIC and ESPRIT. These techniques, now widely used, offer high resolution solutions in problems where simple Fourier analysis techniques fail. He has also contributed significantly in the area of MIMO wireless. Prof. KVS Hariwork on wireless channel models has been fundamental to the development of standardized MIMO wireless models for WiMAX, LTE and WiFi..
