Assisted several organisations such as Aircraft Industry, Civil Aviation, Defence Services, DAE, DOS, Central Bureau of Investigation, Chemical Industries, Engineering Industries,Electricity Boards, Revenue Intelligence and Customs, Courts of Inquiry etc. in the analysis of several service failures of industrial machinery and investigation of accidents. Notable and very challenging among them were the accident to the Boeing 747 aircraft, "KANISHKA" of Air India, which disintegrated and plunged into the Atlantic Ocean, killing all the 329 occupants, and the CBI case of suspected sabotage of Boeing 707 aircraft "MAKALU" of Air India which was being prepared for the flight of Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi. .
