Major Professional Contributions:

Dr. Srivastava is focusing on developing technologies that can be commercialized and brought to use for the common man in India. His lab in collaboration with Biosense Technologies Pvt Ltd have already developed and commercialized "UChek" a portable urine analysis system based on the mobile platform. He has also launched, Suchek, an indigenous, accurate, low-cost glucometer supported by the ICMR. The strips for the glucometer are one-fifth the cost of commercially available strips and are expected to help the Government in mass scale screening of diabetes. He has also made and commercialized indienous ACR strips for kidney disease screening..
