About 65 publications in refereed journals, and over 50 conference presentations,several invited/plenary talks at conferences, two Indian patents, consultancy services offered to several chemical and pharma companies, courses conducted on separation processes, chemical process engineering, modelling and simulation etc, as open courses as well as customised for specific industrial needs, visiting appointments held at NCL Pune, Bangalore University, Washington University in St Louis, Monash University, Australian Defence Force Academy etc. Several administrative roles including Deanship of faculty affairs for 5 years, over 20 doctoral theses and 50 masters' theses guided, 22 sponsored projects completed and five in progress (funding from national/international, govt/corporate sources), served as member (sometimes Chair/co-chair) of governmental committees and task forces (with project funding and other mandates), member, Sectional committee for Chemical engineering, INAE;.
